Our rehabilitation team delivers services to individuals recovering from an illness, injury or surgery who are in need of physical, occupational or speech therapy. Working in conjunction with our patients, their families, and their physicians, we develop individualized plans of care to help patients reach their maximum level of functioning as quickly as possible.
